As part of each session, or as a separate service, clients receive a full body composition scan on a Feel Electric Body Scanner This records over 200 data points converted into 45+ digestible Metrics in detail about your body composition including: Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Cellular Health, Body Fat Percentages, Extracellular Water Ratios, Protein & Mineral Levels and even visceral fat levels, the fat around internal organs which cannot be monitored through regular at-home tests. This information can then be used to tailor accurate and comprehensive nutritional advice and meal plans that fit within your recommended calorie intakes and contain the relevant macronutrients that will assist clients in achieving their health goals. All of these three services tie together through our data platform to provide truly individualised and data-driven health and fitness programmes to each of our clients.
